How is the recalculation of the application carried out?

    When the exchange rate changes by 0.2% or more, the exchange rate will be recalculated on the application at the actual moment of funds transfer, or the Funds will be returned, taking into account the commission of the Payment systеm in USDT equivalent at the time of fixing the exchange rate on the Application, in accordance with clause 5.9 of the procedure for the provision of services Service.

    The actual moment of crediting funds means reaching the required number of network confirmations for crediting any cryptocurrency.

    The required number of network confirmations for crediting funds is presented below as a list in the format “Cryptocurrency – number of confirmations”

After how many confirmations does the application get paid out?

    The application is paid out after the funds are credited to the exchange.
    Funds are received on the exchange after reaching the minimum number of confirmations required to credit the cryptocurrency.

    This number of confirmations varies for each cryptocurrency.

    Below is a list of the required minimum number of confirmations for crediting a certain cryptocurrency, upon reaching which, the application enters the processing status with subsequent payment.

    The application processing time is 30 minutes from the moment the cryptocurrency is credited.

    Cryptocurrency is credited when:

  • Bitcoin (BTC) – 2 confirmations

  • Bitcoin Cash (BCH) – 1 confirmation

  • Ethereum (ETH) – 20 confirmations

  • Litecoin (LTC) – 10 confirmation

  • Dash (DASH) – 1 confirmation

  • Zcash (ZEC) – 1 confirmation

  • Monero (XMR) – 10 confirmations

  • Dogecoin (DOGE) – 60 confirmations

  • Tron (TRX) – 20 confirmations

  • Cardano (ADA) – 100 confirmations

  • Ripple (XRP) – 20 confirmations

  • Stellar (XLM) – 20 confirmations

  • Eos (EOS) – 20 confirmations

  • Tether ERC20 (USDT) – 20 confirmations

  • Tether TRC20 (USDT) – 1 confirmation

  • Tether BEP20 (USDT) – 20 confirmations

  • Ethereum Classic (ETC) – 300 confirmations

  • Binance Coin (BNB) – 60 confirmations

  • Avalanche (AVAX) – 970 confirmation

  • Algorand (ALGO) – 1 confirmation

  • Binance USD (BUSD) – 12 confirmations
